Codicils make it easy

It is very important to keep your will up to date. The easiest and most straightforward way to update or amend your will is by writing a Codicil.

A Codicil is a document which contains minor amendments to the will and is usually kept with the will. You should still ask your solicitor to help you with a Codicil as it is a legal document.

Please let us know that you have left a gift

If you are considering leaving a gift to Across, you can be assured that the money will be used to directly benefit those with severe disabilities and we want to thank you in person.

We will always respect your privacy but we would love you to let us know if you intend to leave a gift for Across in your will. You don’t need to let us know the nature of the gift but it means a great deal to us to know that you have thought of us when preparing your Will. It also helps us plan for our future.

If you let us know, you will automatically become a “Friend of Across” and be able to see the wonderful work we are doing now.

And most importantly, it gives us the opportunity to say thank you.
